Leigh Pecoriello has proudly called Sussex County home for over 20 years. A devoted member of this vibrant community, Leigh brings a deep local knowledge and a passion for helping others to every real estate journey.
Leigh’s family is her heart and inspiration. Her two daughters, who attend Frankford Township Elementary School and High Point Regional High School, her loving and supportive husband, and her beloved golden retrievers, Penny and Louise, are her greatest joys.
With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Moravian College, Leigh spent eight years as a decorative painter, specializing in luxury homes and custom furniture. Her artistic eye for design is now a valuable asset in staging consultations and renovation guidance, helping clients showcase their homes at their very best.
Previously, Leigh owned Mother Moon Baby Boutique in Newton, NJ, where she cultivated strong relationships with local businesses and earned recognition for her community impact. In 2011, she was named one of the New Jersey Herald’s “20 Under 40” for her professional accomplishments and dedication to Sussex County.
Leigh and her husband, Mark Pecoriello, owner of Pecoriello Plumbing, share a commitment to serving their neighbors. Both were voted Community’s Choice Award Winners in 2023—Leigh as “Best Real Estate Agent” and Mark as “Best Plumbing Company” (2023, 2024). Leigh’s extensive network of trusted contractors and small business owners ensures her clients receive top-notch service during their real estate journey and beyond.
Since 2016, Leigh has been affiliated with Keller Williams Realty, earning consistent recognition with the NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award. A founding member of the Keller Williams Integrity office since 2021, she has served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) for three consecutive years, collaborating with top producers to shape the market center’s success. As a Field Coach, Leigh is passionate about mentoring new agents and fostering their growth.
A real estate investor herself, Leigh owns and manages Over the Moon Culver Lake, a popular Airbnb that allows her to share the beauty of Sussex County with visitors.

Miranda brings a communication focused background having studied Spanish Language and Management & Organizational Leadership at the College of William & Mary. A year out of college, Miranda decided to pursue her interests in real estate, and found her niche in real estate transaction operations. As the transaction coordinator on the team, Miranda Daley ensures that all clients feel as though their transactions are taken care of and are continually informed. She not only interacts with the clients, but coordinates all parties of the transaction to make sure everyone stays on track and apprised of all new information and documentation. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys reading and spending spontaneous days with her daughter and husband.

Jennifer brings over 20 years of design experience to the team. With a background in creating one-of-a-kind invitations, event designs, and business identities, Jennifer has been featured in publications such as Inside Weddings, (201) Bride, and New Jersey Bride. She has a deep respect for old school techniques and loves incorporating them into her work—whether through handwriting or her creative marketing strategies. As part of the LPREAC team, Jennifer is responsible for creating the newsletter, managing social media, and designing branding and marketing materials, including postcards and flyers. A proud Sussex County, NJ resident, Jennifer’s most important role is supporting and watching her two teenaged daughters bloom into beautiful young women. She’s passionate about using her design expertise to help LPREAC thrive.
